CBT for Anxiety

Anxiety can prevent us from enjoying our work, family life, relationships, and other areas of our lives.

If it has been hard to shake off the feeling of anxiety, therapy may help. I help with recognizing negative thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that are associated with anxiety. In psychotherapy, we will go through the journey of learning new coping skills, repairing, and moving on from anxiety to find a place of peace.
